1. The idea of my own PLN is COOL! It is always neat to hear, read about, and see different things that make someone successful (this is true for any aspect of a person's life). It will be neat learn about new ideas...never to old to learn. My only concern - making sure I take the time to keep up with my own PLN and what is happening with others.
2. What stood out for me on the commenting advise was to put true thought into my comment and to even talk about own struggles or successes.
